Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as an administrative staff
  • Strong proficiency in Excel & Microsoft applications
  • Skilled in organizing data and data analysis
  • Proficient in computer operations
  • Eager to learn and improve skills
  • Good team player
  • Willing to cooperate and communicate
  • Residing in Penang area
