Job Responsibility
What do we need you to do
- Respond direct to customers, reply through a variety of channels (Shopee, Lazada etc.) to close sales.
- Provide prompt and accurate replies to customers.
- Fulfillment for processing orders and parcel issues.
- Able to work independently and play as a good team member.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback, handle customer complaints.
- Able to read, write and speak in Mandarin, Malay, English
- The position preferably with GADGETS & IT background added advantages

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have personal laptop and internet access
- Fresh grads can apply
- Can speak in English, B.Malaysia and Mandarin
- You are Patient, Proative, Friendly, Helpful, Confident and engaging personality.
- Problem solving skill and good communication skills
