Job Description

Company Background : Call Centre (Big Corporate)
  • Job Description :

- Handling of incoming call and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customers need.

- Provide customer support using the English or Bahasa language via phone, email or Chat

- Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalates problems promptly.

- Ensure necessary and appropriate follow up actions are taken.
