Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information
  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
  • Qualifications
Minimum SPM
  • Diploma and Degree
FRESH GRADUATES are encourages to apply Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Possess own transportation
  • Able to work in rotation shift, weekends and public holidays
Able to speak, write and read in Bahasa Melayu and English. Mandarin and Cantonese will be an added advantages

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,000.00 per month

  • Night shift
On call
  • Rotational shift
