Responsibilities- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
Minimum SPMFRESH GRADUATES

Possess own transportation- Able to work in rotation shift, weekends and public holidays
Able to speak, write and read in Bahasa Melayu and English. Mandarin and Cantonese will be an added advantages
