Were seeking a proactive Student Retention Executive who will be responsible for:

• engaging with inactive students;

facilitate re-enrolment by providing comprehensive academic and financial assistance information to the students; and

• able to work closely with the Schools to encourage positive interactions with all students.

• Job Requirements:

• At least possess of Diploma in any field
  

• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
  

• Strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
  

• Competent in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  

• Able to work independently, responsible and self-motivated
  

• Excellent communication and organization skills
  

• Ability to work in team and meet the tight deadline.
  

• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with students, staff and others

  Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
