This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service at Farmedy. As a Customer Service, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued customers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer service operations.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers- Experience in customer support and customer service management

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:
- Knowledge of health food and remedies
Experience in the health industry- Proficiency in multiple languages
Previous experience in a customer service role
- Content creator is a plus
