- Address customer inquiries and follow up regularly
Maintain positive relationships with customers- Meet customer needs through effective telephone communication
Expand the customer base through effective communication
Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Good telephone communication skills and active listening ability
Proactive and self-motivated

Monthly remuneration: RM4000RM6000 (Basic Salary)+ Commission+ Parking Subsidy- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 12pm-9pm
