Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Remind customers of their appointment times via phone or email, ensuring timely attendance.
  • Record and maintain appointment data accurately in Excel, ensuring all information is up to date.
  • Handle customer appointment scheduling and adjust based on their needs, coordinating with relevant departments as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, with the ability to efficiently handle customer inquiries.
  • Proficient in using Excel to record and manage appointment data, as well as competent in general computer operations.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills to manage customer appointments and deliver excellent service.
