Job Descriptions:- Familiar with the Company's products and marketing plan, Rules and Regulations, policies and nature of business to ensure able to attend the general inquiries accordingly.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.- Able to cope and communicate with customers with few different channels such as online and offline.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- To prepare for ad-hoc task delegated and support on company event or function when required.
Process daily orders and handle cash and all methods of payments from customers, also assist to pack and arrange product mailing.- Provide daily payment reconciliation and submission of all necessary daily reports to Head of Finance and Account.
Monitor store inventory level and update stock availability and replenishment report.
- Maintain and update customers record in the computer system.
Monitor and ensure the facilities within shop are in good condition.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM certificate with Customer Service experience/ Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any related field.- Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service in Direct Selling/ MLM business.
Proficient in verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.- Able to start work IMMEDIATELY / in short notice.
