  • Job Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints to establish a good relationship with customers.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via various E-Commerce platforms, such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and etc.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Ensure all customer inquiries, questions and complaints are resolved in accordance with company processes and procedures.Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, working towards positive solutions.
  • Identify and communicate feedback from customers with the team for continuous improvement and solutions.
Maintaining the good response rate for all the E-Commerce platforms.
Work closely with internal team and clients to ensure the accuracy of backend setting such as pricing, product listings, campaign banners and collaterals, and inventory of products.
  • Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree or Diploma in E-commerce/ Marketing/ Advertising/ Media Planning/ Arts and Creative/ Business or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in e-commerce industry.
Experience in E-commerce marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada) is a strong plus.
  • Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Mandarin communication is highly advantageous.
  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Good problem solving skills, initiative, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,300.00 per month
