- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary contact point for customer complaints and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Ad Hoc Tasks:
Handle additional assignments as directed by your superior to support various business needs.Other Duties:
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.Education:
SPM/Advanced/Higher Diploma in any field or equivalent. A major in Accounting or Finance is a plus.Experience:
One year of relevant experience is advantageous. Fresh graduates with an interest in starting a career in a call center are also encouraged to apply.Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Malay.
