Handling inbound & also perform outbound calls/emails/livechat regarding customer's general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company's products.
Assist and resolve customers inquiries with their services, issues, orders, Apps, etc.
Job Requirements
SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call center
Good English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
Good communication skills
Able to do time management and adapt to fast-paced environment
