Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Handling inbound & also perform outbound calls/emails/livechat regarding customer's general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company's products.
  • Assist and resolve customers inquiries with their services, issues, orders, Apps, etc.

Job Requirements

  • SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call center
  • Good English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to do time management and adapt to fast-paced environment
  • Having emphaty to customer

Job Benefits

  • Basic Salary: RM1,900 - RM2,100
  • KPI/Attendance allowance: up to RM400
  • Shift Allowance: up to RM300
  • Full Training Provided.
