Key responsibilities:
Manage the audit planning process from pre-audit to post-audit activities
Pre-Audit activities ensure advance audit planning is achieved for each client; prepare justification audit
time; coordinate travel plans for audit team members; generate Purchase Order and Confirmation Order to
relevant parties; prepare audit package for auditor
Post-Audit activities prepare and compile travel expenses to submit to Accounts; do completeness check
for audit package; follow through audit package status until file is close; prepare client certificate(s); update
Corporate Database and MSP
Update the audit progress to relevant Regulatory and Accreditation Body
Work alongside team members in preparing monthly and quarterly KPI report
Provide back-office support to Managers
Identify and resolve operational issues
Share and seek out best practices and knowledge
Key requirements:
Exceptional verbal and written communication in English
Background in customer service or customer facing environment is an advantage
Strong planning and organizational skills
Diploma or Degree in any discipline with minimum of 2 years working experience
