Job Position: Customer Service Executive (Cantonese Speaker)
Salary Up To RM4200
Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru
Working Hour:
- 5 / 6 (PH & Weekends) Rotational Shift
Job Descriptions:
Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in Traditional Mandarin, Cantonese and English
Completed with SPM, UEC, IGCSE certificate welcome to apply.
