Requirements- At least 1 year of work experience (experience in telemarketing is a plus, but we encourage fresh graduates to apply)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, social media apps, and e-commerce platform.
Fluency spoken and written in Malay, English and (Mandarin optional)
Conduct inbound sales calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products and services
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
Align technician and assist the sales progress to ensure the job get done within timeframe- Follow up on marketing leads and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Offer a high level of customer service and respond to all customer complaints / requests in a polite and courteous manner
Basic salary + allowance + OT + Commission
