Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct inbound sales calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products and services
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Align technician and assist the sales progress to ensure the job get done within timeframe
  • Follow up on marketing leads and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Offer a high level of customer service and respond to all customer complaints / requests in a polite and courteous manner

Job Requirements

  • Fluency spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia, English and (Mandarin optional)
  • 1+ year of work experience (experience in telemarketing is a plus, we encourage fresh graduates to apply)
  • At least Diploma
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, social media apps, and e-commerce platform.
