Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to emails
  • Handle customer inquiries over WhatsApp and email
  • Provide customers with professional service information (training provided)
  • Strive to meet individual and team KPIs and goals
  • Process orders and update worksheets

Job Requirements

Qualifications:-

Education

  • Bachelors degree equivalent work experience

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service

Skills Advantage:-

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design & printing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
