Job Description

Schedule appointment for service department and Handling customers, regular follow-ups of the customers.
  • Conduct Service Reminder to customer through SMS and phone call to ensure consistent service intakes of dealership.
Ensure the customer database is updated in a timely manner and always protected through constant monitoring.
  • To complete CSI monthly report and arrange PDI.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM2,600.00 per month
