We are seeking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team and play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations of our real estate business through providing excellent customer service to prospects, tenants, and partners.
- Ensure prompt and efficient collection of service and other charges in agreement with the companys procedures, rules, Strata Management Act 2013 & other relevant protocols.
Attend to inquiries/complaints from owners/residents and ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.- Perform inspections on the condition of the building and provide suggestions as needed for improvement.
To assist Property Manager to manage security and housekeeping operation, parcel owner renovation, and property maintenance and repair of the properties.
- Responsible for the office administration of the assigned properties, including but not limited to the maintenance and upkeep of office records, organizing of meetings and preparation of minutes and preparation of reports.
To assist Property Manager to manage the financial operation- To perform other duties as and when instructed by the management.
Qualification :-
MUST possess a Diploma or Degree in Property, Property Management, Real Estate or any other related field;
Self-motivated individual able to work independently & under pressure.
Preferably candidate with own transport.
Minimum 1 year experience in property management.
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken (English & Bahasa Malaysia). Other languages e.g. Chinese will be added advantage.
Computer literate & familiar with property management software

Working hour is 9am to - 30pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am to 1pm (Saturday Alternately)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule: - Fixed shift
Monday to Friday
