Provide excellent customer service to various stakeholders.
Utilize phone, instant messaging and emails to respond promptly to inquiries, order status and any outstanding issues.
Ensure potential complaints and cases are escalated to the appropriate parties.
Keep records of orders, inquiries and maintain proper filing for audit purposes.
Manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Prepare documentation such as reports, invoices, receipts, delivery orders, etc. and maintain proper filing for audit purposes.
Assist in other projects and duties from time to time

Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
At least 1Ã Year of working experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution.
Proficiency in written and verbal English is required.
Having knowledge or experience with consumer devices is advantageous.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel, emails and warehouse management software (added advantage).
Strong attention to details and a focus on customer satisfaction are essential.
High level of integrity, committed and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision.
Willing to work in Bandar Saujana Putra, Jenjarom.
