RESPONSIBILITY:
Handle customer service on-site
Resolve customer problem and issue
Do admin and any related task
REQUIREMENT:
Speak Malay and English
Willing to learn & start from below
Availability to work shift hours, including weekends and holidays
Ability to work under daily and/or weekly deadlines, in a fast-changing work environment
Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
Experience in customer service is a huge advantage
Operation Hour:
Sunday - Saturday 10am - 10pm
Working Hour:
Morning Shift: 10am -
- 30pm
Noon Shift: 1.30pm - 10.00pm
(3 days Morning Shift & 3 Days Noon shift)
