Job Description

- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries, resolve customer complaints and provide information on procedures or policies.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and customer experience.

- Manage payment transactions with customers.

Able to speak Mandarin, English and Malay.
