Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
To exceed customers expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI and SLA elements.

To excel in this role, you'll require:

Able to converse fluently using Mandarin and English
Able to read & write Traditional & Simplified Mandarin word
Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above
Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift - 5 days working

Six months or more of customer service experience
