Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Confirm all shipment information with origin to initiate shipment.
  • Review/update, verify fees, customer profile, SOP, and rates per quote or customer SOP/work instructions.
  • Verify shipment status, review pre-alert, and issue shipment handling instructions.
  • Serve as a liaison between Document Processing Agent and the customer regarding shipment details and/or exceptions.
  • Communicate exceptions and shipment status with customers.
  • Work with Accounts Receivable.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and business share through regular contact (i.e., phone, email, possible visits).
  • Initiate customer reports.

Job Requirements

  • At least a Diploma qualification.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Understanding of Ocean Import/Export regulations and documents.
  • Ability to work, communicate, and resolve problems effectively.
  • Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Some customer service experience desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
