Job Description

Job Descriptions:
  • Assures quality of service to all clients supported by the Contact Centre
Developing agents through continuous coaching and feedback, focusing on behaviours and skills
  • Assist contact centre manager to achieve company objectives
Handle all customers inquiries and complaints
  • Providing support to customers and internal department
Ensure all customers concerns are properly addressed
  • Maintain good customer contacts and relationships
Other duties as assigned by superior from time to time
  • Job Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM
Willing to work on rotation and shift basis
  • Good communication skills
Good Teamwork

Working Location: Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,
  • 00 per month
