Job Descriptions:- Assures quality of service to all clients supported by the Contact Centre
Developing agents through continuous coaching and feedback, focusing on behaviours and skills- Assist contact centre manager to achieve company objectives
Handle all customers inquiries and complaints
- Providing support to customers and internal department
Ensure all customers concerns are properly addressed- Maintain good customer contacts and relationships
Other duties as assigned by superior from time to time
Willing to work on rotation and shift basis
- Good communication skills

Working Location: Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil.
