Job Description:- To maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
To respond promptly to customer inquiries.- To acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
To know well regarding to the our products so that answer inquiries well to clients.
- To process the appointment.
To keep the records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.- To communicate and coordinate with other departments well.
To provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service process.
- To ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM or Diploma level which related field.
- Candidates must possess at least 1 year experience in Customer Service field.
Candidates must be good command in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is additional advantage.- Good interpersonal and communication skills and service oriented.
Strong passion for customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
