Excellent telephone etiquette (professional, confident and patient)
- Must possess at least SPM
Handle customer inquiries over the
Voice (Inbound call) and Non-voice (Email, Livechat & WhatsApp) channel- Obtain all necessary information
Checking the availability, arranging appointments
and scheduling accordingly- Provide accurate information (medical-related)
Assist customer with essential guidance and accurate information
Monday to Sunday
- 5 Working days (2 Off days)
8 Working hours Base pay up to RM- 00
- KPI allowance: up RM500.00/month
Attendance allowance: RM100.00/month
Performance allowance
- Perfect attendance allowance
OT allowance (If applicable)- Shift allowance (If applicable)
Training and proper guidance will be provided
