Job Responsibilities:- Ensure all client documents are meticulously prepared and maintain up-to-date file statuses through proactive client communication.
Issue quotations, receipts, and invoices to clients promptly and accurately.- Maintain seamless workflow adherence to the Firm's standard operating procedures by effectively communicating with relevant parties.
Oversee arrangements and workflows of related parties to ensure efficient and smooth task completion.
- Provide invaluable support to the Main Office Legal Team by handling customer inquiries and facilitating communication with the team.
Proactively pursue client payments on behalf of the Firm.- Efficiently manage and schedule appointments as required.
- Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Mandarin Speaking.- Diploma/Degree in a related field.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in the Legal Industry.
- Demonstrates proactiveness and a strong desire for continuous learning.
Possesses quick learning capabilities, able to work independently with reliability and responsibility.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Immediate availability is advantageous.
