Responsible for daily operation, deliver excellent customer service to deal and resolve players queries and issues
Actively collect feedback from players, summarize them and submit promptly to operation team for improvement
Perform data collection and analysis, propose operational improvement plans from players perspectives to optimize users experience
Ensure high quality service standards are met, maintain and/or increase customer connections
Perform other ad-hoc assignments as needed
Job Requirements
Minimum Education: Diploma or equivalent
Required to speak in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin is compulsory as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking counterparts
No experience required, but ability to communicate clearly and concisely is essential
