Preferably contact centre working experience background however fresh graduates are welcome- Must be fluent in Mandarin & English.

Possess strong analytical skills to identify the cause of problems and recommend solutions.- Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
Ability to multi-task and with good attention to detail.
Monthly salary up to RM3900 (subject to qualification and relevant experience)
- Operation hour: 24/7 rotational shift OR 9am - 6pm (Subject to project assigned)
Working hour: 8 working hour daily (Subject to project assigned)- Working days: Monday - Sunday (Any 5 working days a week) OR Monday - Friday (Subject to project assigned)
Off days: Saturday & Sunday OR Any 2 days in a week (Subject to project assigned)
