Customer Service Executive (Mandarin/Cantonese)

Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products through multiple channels (calls/emails/chats)
  • Exceed customer expectations with exceptional service and accurate information
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed KPI targets and service level agreements (SLAs)

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification or higher
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (both verbal and written)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply full training will be provided
  • At least 6 months of experience in a call center environment is an advantage
  • Excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and active listening abilities
  • Able to work on a 24/7 rotational shift, including public holidays and weekends
