Job Scope
- To handle all inbound calls, emails & live chats pertaining to travel-related issues (hotel reservation and travel product information and other enquiries).
- To exceed customers expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- To be able to provide information related to travel and tours for customers convenient traveling purposes.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Good English, Mandarin & Cantonese communication skills (spoken & written).
- Able to read & write in Traditional Mandarin.
- SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided.
- Background of Tourism & Hospitality will be an added advantage.
LOCATION:
- Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (accessible by LRT Ara Damansara Station -10mins walking)
- FREE shuttle service transport from LRT station to Office based on selected schedule
Job Benefits
SALARY PACKAGE:
- Basic Salary: RM3,000
- Relocation Allowance (Fixed): RM200
- KPI Allowance: RM390 (depending on work performance)
- Shift Allowance: RM500 (depending on night shifts assigned)
Salary: Up to RM 4,090 per month (including allowances)
Working Hours
- Rotational shifts (Monday Sunday), 9AM 12AM
- 9 hours working a day (inclusive of 1 hour break)
- 5 working days a week with 2 days off (depending on scheduled shifts)
