Diploma/Degree in any field- At least 1-2 years of working experience in freight forwarding/logistics
Liaise with customers regarding their shipment needs and attend to customer inquiries
- Prepare shipping documents, e.g., Consignment Note, D/O, Shipping Note, S.I., Manifest, and Customs Form, etc.
Issue invoices
