The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing frontline coordination and post sales administrative support in fulfilling customer orders and needs. The incumbent has to establish good rapport, both externally with customers and internally amongst co-workers.
- To manage daily sales operations and support
Handle on pre-sales includes quotations and tenders/ and post-sales process includes sales order, delivery order, invoicing, commissioning note, credit note, refund, other documentations and perform delivery.
- Raise of Purchase Order and perform goods receipt.
Handling loas sets, verify consignment stock count sheets, and update consignment stock count- Ensure delivers high levels of service to both internal and external customers.
Handling customer requirements and calls, emails, and faxes promptly and professionally.
- Logistic arrangement of loan set and advise sales team on logistics coverage.
To prepare daily stock write off form, perform stock adjustment, stock transfer in a promptly manner to ensure higher inventory accuracy.- Review and male proposal for inventory requisition
Assist on inventory counts during stick take and provide support in other areas within the same department
- Provide simple monthly reports on loan set utilities
To reconcile stock with warehouse and tabulate excess stock report- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Warehouse, Operations, Sales, Engineering and Finance teams to resolve customer issues.
Ensure conformance to required Standard Operating Procedures.
- Act as backup for other team members, as and when required.
Undertake any other reasonable duties at the request of the reporting manager.
SPM / Diploma / Degree in any related fields- Has working experience in logistics company is an added advantage - to handle logistics documentation
Good English - verbal & written
