Lemonfridge Studio Sdn Bhd (JB) is an expansion from Lemonfridge Studio Pte Ltd, in Singapore.
  • Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. The Customer Service Associate will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clientele.

Role Description
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat in a professional and efficient manner.
Assist clients in scheduling consultations with designers and ensure a smooth and efficient process throughout the design project.
  • Identify and assess customers needs, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within established guidelines.
Collaborate closely with interior designers to relay client requirements, project specifications, and design preferences accurately.
  • Maintain a high level of product or service knowledge to effectively assist customers and address inquiries.
Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project progress, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the design process.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level goals.

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience as a customer service role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English &
Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients). Strong multitasking skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal, communication, verbal, and written skills.
Resistant to stress and capable of working under pressure.
  • Able to start work immediately will be preferred.

Commencement
  • Immediately (Advantageous)

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM4,000.00 per month

    Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
