Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting online customer inquiries
  • Processing orders to complete transactions

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Education: SPM and above
  • Priorities those with 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Can speak in English & Mandarin
  • Good communication skills
  • Working hours from 9:30am - 6pm
  • Working location: 9-12 Pangsapuri Capri, Jalan Capri, 12000 Butterworth, Pulau Pinang
