Responsibilities:- Handle inbound customer calls quickly and effectively, and take help from phone banking officers where necessary
Sign up customers for I-Banking- Route calls through IVR where applicable
Maintain contact records to reflect current information
- Requests and complaints Turn around
Promote cross sell of all banking products- Maintain accuracy of information given to customers
Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with customer charter.
- Ensure all sales pitches are made without any mis-selling
Graduate / SPM with minimum of 2 years experience.
- Fresher or with 1-2 years of experience
Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English Strong service orientation
- Willingness to learn additional products
Location: Bukit Jalil - Nearby LRT Bukit Jalil
- Shift Allowance: RM 300 - RM 400 monthly
KPI: RM 0 - RM 5000 & above - quarterly (depends on the sale that you closed with customers Supporting SG market
- 9 hrs per day - including 1 hour break
5 days working, 2 days off- 24/7 rotational shift (monthly rotation)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM3,800.00 per month
