The Customer Service Executive will perform forwarding tasks for customer service activities. In this role, you will execute well-established customer service activities. Key Accountabilities
Execute import and export operation including monitoring shipment and co-ordination with all stakeholders.
Support and coordinate import and export transactional requirements that apply to document and data
Provide administrative support in executing customer service strategies, including import and export arrangements
Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
