_Job Description
_- Co-ordinate with customer/vendor to follow up for booking status.
Follow up CIPL & related documents for custom clearance purpose.
- Follow NOA with liner/co-loader.
Monitoring of custom clearance status & update to customer/agent.- Handle for haulage/transport arrangement.
Update shipment status & required information to customer/agent.
- Preparing invoice to customer & arrange payment to vendor.
Complete job costing- To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
- To perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time.
Candidates must have at least Diploma education level.
Candidates must be able to speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia, candidate who can communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage.
Require Min 2 years of work experience in logistics line, export & import. Prefer junior executive specialized in Logistics.
