Role: Customer Service Executive (Mandarin)
Project: E-Hailing & Deliveries Service (Taiwan & Hong Kong Market)
Location: Johor Bahru
Salary: Max RM 4,000 all inclusive + Accommodation Allowance
(3,000 Basic+ 300 night shift allowance + 300 6 day shifts + 400 KPI)
Joining bonus of RM 5,000 for September

Education: SPM & above
Freshers are also welcome, CS background is an added advantage. (Training provided)
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
-Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
-Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
-Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
-Proficient in computer typing skills
-Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Good computer literacy
