Job Description : - Warmly welcoming and directing visitors professionally.
Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls, and taking messages as needed.- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing information about products, services, or the organization.
Handling routine clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Accurately entering data and maintaining records in computer systems.
Promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues.- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Managing office supplies and placing orders as necessary.
- Keeping the front desk area clean and presentable.
Preparing and submitting reports on front desk activities.- Any other tasks will be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM. Preferably candidate who has experience at least one year in Customer Service, Reception, or administrative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanour.
Able to work shift morning & afternoon.
- Working Location : Sri Damansara Barat.
