Job Description

Job Responsibility

Working Time

From 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., the work schedule is 8 hours a day,5days a week. No midnight shift.

Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Monitor and reply to the current customer service account information.
  • Categorize the feedback problems and deal with them according to the SOP.
  • If cases can't be processed, hand them over to the corresponding L2 support.
  • Customer service and security alarm response.

Job Requirements

Customer Service Qualifications

  • SPM, fluent in Mandarin &Cantonese and basic English, and computer background are preferred.
  • Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, team spirit, etc.
  • Able to work night shift preferred. No midnight shift.
  • Able to work at office preferred.
  • Able to immediately start work preferred.
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
