Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Product training & Script will be provided.
  • Records customer inquiries.
  • Deal directly with customers by telephone.
  • respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Make Outbound calls to new customers.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries.
  • Provide potential leads and laptop.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • Have prior Customers service or Telemarketing Preferable.
  • Fresh Graduates is encouraged to apply too.
