Our client has been in business since 2009 and is considered one of the largest Forex and CFD brokers in the world. Members of the Client Services team would have strong communication and coordination skill sets whom will be part of a 24 by
- 5 rotation team that will be responding to external client inquiries about accounts, trading, and company related information. Additionally, to support company sales with case handling and escalations, including the ability to coordinate issues between different departments.
- Responsibilities
Handling business requests and communicating with internal staff on information.
- Support sales department to provide business and products data information.
Customer information and datas collection and management.- Reply to customer enquiries through hotline, online chat and emails.
Communicate with AM on client enquiries in time to maintain good client relationships.
1 year of
customer service experience (call centre) is required.
- Bachelor degree holder, has high proficiency in English & local languages speaking, listening, reading and writing (either Bahasa Malaysia or Thai).
Has knowledge in CFD/Forex/Financial
is preferred Or has interest in the similar industry.- Familiar with office software (Word/Excel/Access).
Willing to be based at
KL Eco City.- Working Shift (9am - 6pm, 12pm - 9pm, 3pm - 12am).
