Basic Salary: RM1,900 - RM2,100 + KPI Incentive (Up to RM400) + Night Shift Allowance (Up to RM300)

Shuttle Bus is provided at KipMart Tampoi, Shell Sri Skudai, Jusco Taman U, Mydin Mutiara Rini, JBCC RHB, KFC Larkin Sentral, Alliance Bank Bukit Indah and Nusa Height
Job Requirements:
Fluent in Malay and English (Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage)- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Willing to work shift hours and on weekends/public holidays

Job Description:- Handle all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
Exceed customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
