JOB PURPOSE To provide efficient and quality service to all customers at all time.
Act as the primary escalation contact for customers and liaise with relevant departments on the service delivery to customers
- To attend to customer bookings for import/ export shipment
Update customers on the status to their shipments via email- Coordinating with Operations and Sales to meet customers needs
Update shipment milestones in Value+ system
- To handle daily import/ export activities
Custom declaration and COR collection- Attend to custom issue, if any
To prepare and arrange for cargo submission
- To send pre-alert scan copy and manifest to overseas and to report to respective Customer Service personnel
To undertake daily assignment from the Management
Knowledge in forwarding industry- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field (forwarding/transportation/ freight industry)
Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate in Diploma in Logistic/ Transportation or equivalent
- Have good and positive attitude, detail-orientated, organized and able to prioritize tasks
Good interpersonal and communication skills- Able to work independently and in team & able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to read, write and converse in English and Malay language
Working location at KLIA FreeZone Cargo Office at Sepang, Selangor

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM3,500.00 per month
