  • Good in typing skill and able to chat with customers in Live Chat, WhátsApp, Telegram, WeChat, Messenger etc.
  • Possess active listening skills and influential telephone communication abilities.

We are currently expanding our Customer Service Team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction to our retail and SME customers.



We Have Two Teams As Below

  • Online Customer Service Executive this role will be responsible for efficiently handling inbound and outbound customer call/message inquiries. The primary focus will be on providing fast and timely solutions to all customer-related problems, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction through excellent service. Properly keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and file documents
  • Member Service Executive main responsibilities of this role will include following up on customer progress, explaining course learning methods and after-sales services, and resolving any issues that customers/members require assistance with. Maintain effective customer interaction records and organise customer files.

Job Benefits

  • Flexible work shift : 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm
