Excellent telephone etiquette (professional, confident and patient)
- Must possess at least SPM
Handle customer inquiries over the
Voice (Inbound call) and Non-voice (Email, Livechat & WhatsApp) channel- Obtain all necessary information
Warranty checking, necessary checking,- Assist customer with essential guidance and accurate information
Provide accurate information (home appliances/consumer electronic)
Monday to Friday (9:00AM - 6:00PM)
- Saturday (9:00AM - 1:15PM)
