Job Description

Requirements
  • Available to join on 7 October 2024
Must be fluent in Cantonese,English and Mandarin
  • Mandarin speakers are welcome to apply
Excellent telephone etiquette (professional, confident and patient)
  • Must possess at least SPM
  • Responsibility
Handle customer inquiries over the Voice (Inbound call) and Non-voice (Email, Livechat & WhatsApp) channel
  • Obtain all necessary information
Warranty checking, necessary checking,
  • Assist customer with essential guidance and accurate information
Provide accurate information (home appliances/consumer electronic)
  • Working timing
Monday to Friday (9:00AM - 6:00PM)
  • Saturday (9:00AM - 1:15PM)

  • Working Location
Tokio Marin Tower, Jalan Tun Razak (Kuala Lumpur)
  • Accessible by MRT & LRT Ampang Park

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday

  • Attendance bonus
Performance bonus
