Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across various channels, including email, WhatsApp, inbound calls, and paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp promptly and professionally.
Receive and respond to inbound calls from international customers regarding products, services, and general inquiries.- Document and record all customer interactions and inquiries accurately in the system.
Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products and services.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide effective and efficient service.
Requirements:- Must be fluent in English, Chinese, and Malay ( both written and spoken).
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.- Proficiency in using communication tools like email, WhatsApp, and other similar platforms. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Familiarity with basic computer operation and office software.
- A customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in handling customer service inquiries in a multi-channel environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Previous experience in a similar industry or role is an advantage.
Working Time: 5 workdays per week
Working hours: 9 am - 6 pm
